On the theme of our recent protein posts, here is a quick and easy protein packed snack you can make with just 5 minutes of prep time, in 4 steps, and with 3* ingredients!
Here’s What You Need:
Protein Powder (I used chocolate whey protein)
Natural Peanut Butter
Rolled Oats
Optional: Chocolate Chips, Maple Syrup, Coconut Flakes, Chia Seeds, Flax Seeds
Steps:
Blend the protein, oats, and the chia seeds together in a bowl. You can also add some of the optional ingredients into your mix here too.
Start adding the peanut butter in until you get your desired consistency.
Get a tray with some parchment paper ready and start rolling the mix into small balls. You should be able to shape the mix into a ball without it cracking or melting into a puddle.
Put your creation into the fridge for at least 5 minutes so things can cool and settle.Â
