5 Minute, 4 Step, 3 Ingredient Protein Ball Recipe

On the theme of our recent protein posts, here is a quick and easy protein packed snack you can make with just 5 minutes of prep time, in 4 steps, and with 3* ingredients!

Ingredients for Protein Balls
Whey, Oats, Chocolate Chips, Peanut Butter & Chia Seeds

Here’s What You Need:


  • Protein Powder (I used chocolate whey protein)

  • Natural Peanut Butter

  • Rolled Oats

  • Optional: Chocolate Chips, Maple Syrup, Coconut Flakes, Chia Seeds, Flax Seeds



Steps:


  1. Blend the protein, oats, and the chia seeds together in a bowl. You can also add some of the optional ingredients into your mix here too.


  2. Start adding the peanut butter in until you get your desired consistency.


  3. Get a tray with some parchment paper ready and start rolling the mix into small balls. You should be able to shape the mix into a ball without it cracking or melting into a puddle.


  4. Put your creation into the fridge for at least 5 minutes so things can cool and settle. 


  5. Enjoy!
