About Delta Kinesiology
 

At Delta Kinesiology, we believe that everyone should be able to exercise, no matter their age or physical capabilities.

 

Delta Kinesiology started with the goal of creating a safe space for women to find the support and guidance they need. It began when a lot of women came asking about working out with arthritis, what they should do to help prevent osteoporosis, and asking about what they can do to alleviate some aches and pains. We wanted to provide an opportunity for women to participate in fitness, and to make sure that their experience is a positive and rewarding one.

Our services are tailored to meet each individual’s needs, as we understand that everyone has different goals and capabilities. We work with our clients to create a safe and beneficial program that will help them reach their goals.

Hi! I'm Daniela Radoman and I'm the face behind Delta Kinesiology. Being an advocate for a healthy lifestyle isn't just my profession, but something I live by. 

​

From a young age I was very involved in sports, from soccer, basketball, tennis, and martial arts. This passion for sports turned into an interest in health and how the body works. This led me to earning my B.Sc. in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo.  While in school I have gained additional experience volunteering at physio clinics and with the varsity sports teams.

 

My pursuit for education didn't stop with my degree. I have gone on to be certified with various organisations such as BoneFit, CES, BRM and the National Coaching Certification Program - with more to come!

It is my passion to work with others and to help them reach their health and fitness goals!
