We offer personalized training built specifically for you - even if you're working out in group of 2 or 3!

 

Our semi-private personal training sessions offer a supportive environment with personalized attention in small groups of 2-3 participants.

We take into account each person's needs and goals to help build a program that meets each of your goals and expectations. Whether you are dealing with an injury, condition, or limitation, you will still receive expert care and coaching tailored to you.

Each member will get their own individual consult so we can get to know each other on a 1-on-1 basis. We'll cover any questions and ask you about your training history, lifestyle, eating habits, and your goals.

During our first session, we will go through a thorough assessment looking at each person's current range of motion, movement patterns, and strength, conducting any applicable tests, and asking some questions.

This will make it possible to build the best program just for YOU!

We help address all factors to get you on your way to a healthier version of you.

  • How many times per week is training offered?
    We offer training 1, 2, and 3 times per week. You choose based off your current needs, goals, and capabilities. If more or less is needed, please don't hesitate to include that in the intake form or contact us directly.
  • Do you collaborate with other health professionals?
    We definitely do, and we encourage it. If you work with a physiotherapist, chiropractor, or any kind of specialist, please let us know. Collaborating will ensure you get a complete plan in line with your goals and your needs.
  • Do I need to cut out all of my favourite foods once I start training?
    Not at all! Based off your current habits and relationship with food, we'll come up with a plan for counting calories and macros or track portion sizes in order to help guide you to your goals. We'll find a way that suits you best so that you can eat healthy and still enjoy your favourite foods.
