Looking for an intense, invigorating workout that incorporates the comraderie of a team? Look no further! Our small group training is a 45 minute workout sure to work your muscles through a variety of exercises while challenging your endurance. All ages, experience levels, and capabilities are welcome! We make sure to always show various ways to perform an exercise so that you can choose the one that's the right level for you. Emphasis is always put on form, which is why all classes are capped at 8 participants, so that everyone can get their fair share of attention.

When you sign up, you will be prompted to fill out an intake form. Please fill this out as it will give us some background information that we will take into consideration when the classes are being run! After that, please take a look at our schedule and you can sign up for classes online!

Who is a good fit for this model of training?
This is a great option for people who prefer more of a social and team-like workout. It's great for all ages and experience levels, but it's best for people who's current conditions or injuries don't need constant direct attention.
How long is each workout?
Each workout is 45 minutes in length. It consists of a warm-up specific to the exercises planned for the day. Followed by the main workout which may follow a super set style, circuit work, partner work, or some other format. We end with a cool down consisting of stretching and getting the heart rate back down.
Do I have to commit for a certain period of time?
No! Our plans are renewed every 2 weeks, so you can start, stop, and pause any time you'd like.
Do the classes allow drop ins?
Yes, as long as the class isn't already maxed out at 8 people.
